In our microwave culture we live in now, if your site takes longer than a nano-second to load, your visitor is ‘out of there’ hitting the back button…
Secondly, you only really get to know about the ‘lack of’ up-time when you notice a lack of leads or sales, which sucks…
And then finally the most important, customer service responsiveness can put years on you with most of these ‘cheaper’ hosting options…
